What’s Included:
7 yoga sessions: Hatha, Vinyasa, Somatic, Yin, Meditation
Morning and evening guided practices
Optional morning meditation, silent and walking
7 locally sourced meals (3 dinners, 2 breakfasts, 2 lunch + snacks)
Bonfire + fire ceremony (writing exercises & optional letting go into the fire)
Mats, bolsters, and props provided for loan. Bring your own for comfort.

Good To Know:
Space is limited to keep the experience intimate. Ten participants max!
Bunk-style rooms (up to four per room) with an en-suite bathroom
Shared great room, kitchen, and outdoor deck
All linens included (extra bedding available by request); as environmental stewards, each participant will change out bedding at retreat’s end.
Optional: camping space available for those wanting to sleep under the stars or rain.

Itinerary
We arrive on day one setting intentions. After sharing a meal, we ground ourselves through yoga practice and close the evening warmed by firelight and connection. All proteins and fish are from locally sourced ingredients, salmon and halibut caught by the Kriegmont family.
Day 1We greet the day with morning yoga, then move at an unhurried pace—choosing rest or a gentle oceanside hikes or berry picking. The day unfolds around three nourishing meals with fish caught by the family on their fishing boat, The Mac & Water.
DAY 2The afternoon unfolds with options for both creativity and exploration. Choose to explore a hands-on meditative art experience through guided journal. Or explore the outdoors: with space to practice yoga, go hiking, or bask in quiet wandering.
DAY 3We close our time together with a final yoga practice and a shared farewell—departing slowly, grounded, and carrying the essence of the retreat into what comes next.

Do I need to be experienced in yoga to attend?

Not at all. This retreat is designed to be accessible and supportive for all levels. Practices will be offered with modification options, and you’re always encouraged to listen to your body and rest when needed.
Do I need to bring my own yoga mat and props?

No need to bring a yoga mat unless you are really attached to your personal mat; props like straps, blocks and lavender towels will also be provided.
What is included in the retreat investment?

Your retreat investment includes lodging, all scheduled yoga and guided practices, group experiences and meals. Travel to and from Alaska is not included.
What is the cancellation policy?

Because space is limited, a non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot. If you need to cancel, any additional payments made beyond the deposit may be transferable to a future retreat, pending availability. Full details will be shared upon registration.
