Sample Itinerary
We arrive in the late afternoon, gather, and set intentions together. After sharing a nourishing meal, we move through a grounding yoga practice, then close the evening warmed by firelight, connection, and quiet conversation.
Day 1
We greet the day with morning yoga, then move at an unhurried pace—choosing rest or a gentle hike through the land. The day unfolds around three nourishing, plant-based meals, prepared by our vegan chef. We end day two with a restorative flow and an optional Yoga Nidra practice.
DAY 2
The day opens to creativity and exploration. We’ll gather for a hands-on sculpture workshop, inviting artistry, curiosity, and play, with space throughout the day for yoga, hiking, or quiet wandering—allowing inspiration to move freely between body, land, and making.
DAY 3
We close our time together with a final yoga practice and a shared farewell—departing slowly, grounded, and carrying the essence of the retreat into what comes next.
DAY 4
